These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unidevgo.com (the "Website"), operated by UnidevGO ("UnidevGO", "we", "us"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. What the Website is for
The Website presents UnidevGO's software development and quality assurance services, our portfolio, blog, and job openings. You can use it to contact us, apply for jobs, and subscribe to our newsletter. Nothing is sold on the Website, and you do not need an account to use it.
2. Our services are provided under separate agreements
Service descriptions, case studies, portfolio items, and blog posts are general information, not an offer or a quote. Any work we do for you, including web and mobile development, testing, design, cloud, and consulting, is governed by a separate written agreement between you and UnidevGO. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins.
3. Using the Website

- upload files that contain malware, or that you have no right to share;

5. Job applications

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the Website at any time. We may also update these Terms, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
